We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER RETENTION STRATEGIST to lead our customer experience team. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention processes.

- Lead a global team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Establish strong client relationships through efficient onboarding processes and consistent professionalism.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to improve onboarding and customer service standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven team-building skills.
- Extensive customer-facing experience in a SaaS product environment.
- Strong project management skills and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
