QA Automation Specialist

About the Role:
Parthenon Management Group is seeking a skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our team. As a QA Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing procedures to ensure the highest quality standards in our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated testing procedures using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
Establish and maintain a robust testing environment to ensure accurate and comprehensive test results.
Design and implement regression, load, and stress testing for application performance.
Monitor, report, and track software defects, providing detailed defect reports and supporting data.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, with a focus on developing and establishing QA processes from scratch.
Proven track record of creating and executing automated and manual testing strategies for complex software systems.
Experience with testing in various environments, including regression, load, and stress testing.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and best practices in Agile development environments.
Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, Jenkins, and other industry-standard testing tools.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Experience in working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues in early development stages.
Work Environment:
