Quality Assurance Specialist for Mechanical Inspection

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Mechanical Inspection team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and improve automated systems and processes.
- Perform first piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and incoming receiving inspection as required.
- Develop Quality Plans for specific jobs as required.
- Utilize automated inspection equipment such as Hexagon Global CMM, Keyence Vision System, and Faro Arm to optimize inspection processes.
- Program PC-DMIS to improve accuracy and efficiency in Automated quality checks.
- Generate FAI reports using Discus Software.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in quality control.
- Familiarity with CAD or other related software.
- Strong attention to detail reading blueprints and checking parts to print.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of various inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.
- Ability to document technical procedures and user guides.
