  • Supervision of Accounting Staff: Oversee a team of accountants and clerks in daily accounting tasks, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Month-End and Year-End Close: Manage and perform various accounting tasks related to month-end and year-end close processes, including reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's financial data and assets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the accounting processes and suggest initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Oversee account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurately recorded and reported.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting, 1 year of experience in HR, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Language: Chinese required.
