Bienvenidos is seeking a compassionate and experienced Wraparound Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Job Summary

We offer a rewarding opportunity for a skilled therapist to provide individual, conjoint, group family therapy sessions to children and families in need. As a Wraparound Therapist, you will work closely with our clinical supervisor to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family. We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for delivering high-quality services and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home-based and on-site individual, conjoint, group family therapy sessions under the supervision of the clinical supervisor
  • Document therapy sessions based on DMH regulations
  • Attend training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors
  • Responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up
  • Be on-call to program families
  • Directly implement program protocols and guarantee that procedures are consistent with protocols
  • Be available to conduct a parenting group or assigned group on a rotation one evening a week
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a Social Service related field
  • Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children
  • Valid California drivers license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
