Medical Device Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and distributing products and services to our representatives and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Distributing and delivering products and services to our representatives and customers
- Conducting accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
- Preparing, shipping, receiving, and scheduling delivery of products; ensuring timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; fielding customer questions and directing to appropriate branch personnel
- Arranging merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
- Performing and/or scheduling preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), advising supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required, and keeping accurate maintenance records
- Maintaining accurate records for sales transactions and delivery information
- Fielding customer complaints, addressing and communicating as necessary to Branch team members
- Assisting with warehouse operations including Cycle Counting scans, leveraging hospital relationships to influence PO collection, relaying surgery schedules, and conducting quality inspects on products/packages
Requirements include:
- Valid US Driver's License with no restrictions
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Preferred qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience conducting deliveries or working with inventory tracking and material movement
- Experience with inventory tracking systems in warehouse environment
- Experience with route management and conducting deliveries
