COMPENSATION: Starting at $15.00 per hour.

ROLE OVERVIEW: This position operates in a dynamic setting, necessitating strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization. Essential skills include organization, adaptability, and professionalism. The Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, staff, and families. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and general inquiries.
  • Facilitating scheduling and conducting tours.
  • Assisting the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director with various office tasks.
  • Preparing reports and performing clerical duties with accuracy and timeliness.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Dependability, teamwork, professional appearance, a positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for assisting the elderly are essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • All candidates will undergo a criminal background check and must meet the physical demands of the role.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting/standing) for extended periods while using a computer.
  • Occasional mobility within the office to access files and equipment.
  • Frequent operation of office machinery, including computers, copiers, scanners, and printers.
  • Regular communication with potential staff regarding employment inquiries and conducting interviews.
  • Capacity to make informed decisions, read, write, speak publicly, and interpret data.
