Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department within a technology company.
  2. Master's degree in Law or International Law.
  3. Extensive expertise in drafting and structuring Software Development, Licensing, and Service Agreements.
  4. Experience in international law is essential.
  5. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Professional background in IT, FinTech, Corporate Law, International Contract Law, or Intellectual Property Law is advantageous.
  8. Highly driven, responsible, and productive with a strong work ethic.
  9. Well-organized with the capability to manage tasks within set deadlines.
  10. Ability to work efficiently and autonomously with minimal oversight.
  11. Strong analytical and research abilities, capable of processing substantial information and summarizing findings effectively.
  12. Proactive with a focus on business outcomes.
  13. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and amend various contract types, including Software Development, SaaS, Licensing, and Service Agreements, along with other legal documents.
  2. Prepare responses to client amendments and comments on agreements, drafting documents based on accepted revisions.
  3. Draft and review terms of use, website policies, and public offers.
  4. Review and create official correspondence, complaints, and pre-litigation claims.
  5. Conduct legal analyses and review agreements pertinent to daily operations.
  6. Draft legal opinions on relevant cases.
  7. Research legal issues related to company operations, providing analysis and recommendations.
  8. Offer general administrative and legal support to the legal team, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream.
  10. Undertake additional assignments and tasks as directed by the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream.

Language Proficiency:

Ukrainian/Russian – native proficiency

English – fluent (C1 or B2 level)
