Job Description

The Account Executive is a key role in driving revenue growth and new business at FirstLight. This position involves identifying prospect needs, providing solutions, and negotiating sales opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop relationships with economic buyers in prospect accounts.
  • Provide expertise on FirstLight's portfolio of products and services.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects to establish relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a telecom or ISP environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding new logo sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry terminology.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Estimated base annual salary is $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical benefit, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k), and flexible work arrangements.
