Job Title: General Manager of Outlets

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Outlets to lead our Food and Beverage operations at 1 Hotel San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume, upscale environments and driving revenue growth while controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Restaurant and Bar, Banquets, and In-Room Dining operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of Food and Beverage professionals to ensure exceptional service and quality
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to elevate the Food and Beverage offerings in the hotel
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Food and Beverage work experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Food and Beverage team
  • Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel is preferred
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
  • Expertise in food and beverage operations, with experience driving revenue and controlling costs
  • A proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
