Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of F&B outlet operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall F&B experience.
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B services and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and managing staff.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
