Job Description

This role will lead the GM inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. The Inbound Expert in General Merchandise will provide a fresh and food safe experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead inbound and outbound processes to ensure efficient product flow.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage replenishment to meet customer demand.
  3. Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing align with company standards.
  4. Oversee promotional signing and visual merchandising to drive sales and engagement.
  5. Foster a culture of safety and quality in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in General Merchandise operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory and workflow.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and drive results.
  5. A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, logistics, and visual merchandising.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
