Sales and Inventory Coordinator

This Sales and Inventory Coordinator role at Option Care Enterprises, Inc. involves coordinating the movement of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. The coordinator will work with Patient Service Representatives and clinicians to ensure that patients receive their necessary supplies and medications in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include generating patient orders on the system, coordinating shipments, confirming deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The coordinator will also source and purchase supplies, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices, and minimize transportation costs. Additionally, they will participate in physical inventory counts, monitor equipment tracking and maintenance, and obtain cost-effective rental equipment. The coordinator must adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive patient and company information. In the event of any medication-related incidents or equipment errors, the coordinator will assist in assessing and managing the issue, accurately completing reports, and submitting them to the general manager as needed. Other responsibilities may be assigned by the General Manager. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and prior experience in sales, logistics, or inventory management. The estimated salary for this position is $20.23-$31.33 per hour, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
