Key responsibilities encompass the planning, organization, supervision, and oversight of all activities related to food service operations, ensuring quality enhancement, and fostering the training and development of supervisory staff and team members in the retail service sector.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of administrative and/or supervisory experience within a food service environment.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; completion of a culinary arts or hotel/restaurant management program (associate degree) is preferred.
  • A total of six years of culinary experience in a large-scale food service setting, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Department: Nutrition
