**Job Title:** Public Relations Manager

To Help Everyone Health & Wellness Centers is seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Manager to lead our communications and marketing efforts. As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our organization's mission, values, and impact.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a PR strategy that includes media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  2. Write and distribute press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and secure media coverage.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and media representatives.
  4. Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and build brand awareness.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage, reports, and trends to inform our communications strategy.

**Requirements:

  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar or related position, non-profit experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in PR, including securing media coverage, managing crises, and building strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Knowledge of public health principles, practices, concepts, and foundational frameworks.
  • Experience building social media channels and executing social media strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, a self-starter with high motivation, creativity, and proactivity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time/task management skills.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

**Location:** South Los Angeles, California.
