Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, and end-user customers
  • Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
  • Collaborate with nVent's manufacturers' representatives and distribution partners to drive sales growth
  • Manage a robust project funnel within Salesforce CRM
  • Establish yearly sales plans with sales channels and provide training and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with electrical sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office and travel on average 50-60% of the time
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
