Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative plays a crucial role in meeting our customers' needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional customer service by proactively managing all route responsibilities. This position requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new customers and expand existing relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer installation, management, and service delivery.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and retention through outstanding service, relationship-building, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Handle and process customer payments, maintain accurate route paperwork, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and report competitive activity, maintain service agreements, and return soiled textiles to the receiving area.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and CDL (when applicable).
  • Excellent driving record, with a minimum of one year of safe and successful driving experience.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Good time management skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products, and perform basic math calculations.
