Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Store Appearance and Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
- Operational Tasks: Perform various operational tasks, such as processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining store equipment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Certifications: ASE certification preferred but not required.
