Project Coordinator

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our Department of State client in the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mission adoption. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in guiding our client through the discovery, evaluation, and determination of system and business interdependencies that contribute to ICAM and ZTA mission adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on progress of tasks, projects, and portfolio efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback
- Coordinate with managers and clients to communicate and coordinate project requirements, scopes, and objectives
- Analyze project progress and adapt scope or timelines as needed to achieve optimal results
- Manage project artifacts within the project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of experience in project support
- Ability to work onsite up to 3 days/week on client site(s) in the DMV
