Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Jason's Deli. As an Order Taker and Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Meet sales and customer service goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical school preferred
  • At least six months of previous work experience required; customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and operate the Aloha register system and other point-of-sale equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
