We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to vulnerable populations in need of healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer care and support to individuals navigating complex healthcare plans
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures, including HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist callers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan providers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times and as a member of a team
