Job Summary

Tarrytown Expocare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Department Manager to oversee the Order Entry Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in order entry processes and be able to guide and develop the team using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Operations Team to solve business needs, including defining metrics, collecting data, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure team members are informed about changes to company operating procedures.
  • Collect data and prepare reports on metrics and corrective actions needed to get team members to goal.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing coaching sessions.
  • Prepare knowledge-based documents, such as summaries and FAQs.
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve order entry procedures and make recommendations to the Director of Pharmacy or other appropriate staff.
  • Work with the supervisor to streamline workflow and maximize efficient productivity.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of order entry procedures and principles.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members.

Requirements include at least two years of management or leadership experience, previous experience in a supervisory role, and working knowledge of FrameWorks and DocuTrack. Current CPhT certification is also required.
