Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM Job Summary

The Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager in the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in the daily operation of the Front Office
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
