Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Make and modify reservations, including handling room assignments and rate quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Operate the front desk computer system, including logging and delivering packages, mail, and messages
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
