About the Role:

As a Medical Laboratory Technician - PRN, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing high-quality laboratory services to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures on patient specimens to produce accurate and reliable results.
  • Document laboratory results and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient test processing.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent discipline required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years hospital-based laboratory experience preferred.
  • MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
