About the Role:

  • Facilitate the movement of patients through the hospital, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop strategies for throughput process improvement.
  • Support throughput goals by utilizing available tracking reports and tools.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • Two years clinical nursing experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
