As a Retail Sales Supervisor for our company, you will play a crucial role in establishing us as the leading snack provider by identifying additional sales opportunities. You will work closely with retail partners and our account teams while expanding your area by promoting our delightful brands. This position requires onsite presence in retail locations during standard business days.

We expect you to adopt a data-driven strategy to enhance your business. Operating within a warehouse delivery framework, your goal will be to become the preferred partner. Your efforts will contribute to delivering the best products to families while enhancing your skills and network. Assist us in steering the course for sales transformation initiatives.

Retail Role Overview:

  • The ideal candidate should reside within a reasonable distance from the center of the designated area.
  • This is a salaried role with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
  • You will have the option to select from our Fleet Program:
    • Company Vehicle with insurance and a fuel card.
    • Vehicle Reimbursement: allowing you to drive your own vehicle and receive reimbursement for business-related use.
  • A monthly allowance for mobile phone expenses will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution and Strategy Development – This role involves collaborating with key decision-makers. Utilizing business intelligence tools, including analytical software, you will craft compelling sales narratives to advance business objectives for both your clients and our company.
  • Performance Management – You will be accountable for achieving essential metrics such as Point of Sale (POS) targets, call coverage, and maintaining optimal shelf conditions.
  • Relationship Building – You will represent our company by implementing innovative strategies and solutions to navigate challenges and drive sales within the grocery sector.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in essential technology tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn quickly, solve complex problems, and demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven track record of self-management by successfully overseeing projects from start to finish, consistently meeting objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • This position necessitates the use of a personal vehicle. Candidates must have no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
  • The role involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, or lifting moderately heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodation. Extended work hours may be required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Compensation Information:

  • Salary Range: $48,880 – $61,100.
  • Annual bonus potential of $10,000, with quarterly payouts based on performance metrics and the opportunity to exceed annual goals.
