As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales, profit, and service objectives, while also driving key Omni-channel strategies and performance metrics.

What You Bring to the Team
Do you have prior experience in retail management?
Can you effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment?
Are you dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction?
Are you adaptable and capable of managing daily changes with your team?
Do you possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both staff and customers?

Results Matter
As a Team Lead, you will become proficient in all Omni-channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside services.
You will oversee and organize daily and weekly tasks to meet store sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Team Leader with onboarding and training new team members, as well as continuously coaching and guiding store associates.
You will support the Store Team Leader in ensuring that associates meet performance expectations.

Team Leads are expected to work a flexible schedule that aligns with customer and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Your leadership will contribute to creating an environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.


Compensation
Expected Hourly Range: $18.25

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role.

Party City reserves the right to adjust compensation based on various factors such as experience and location.


Physical Requirements
The role may require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs on a daily basis.
Tasks include cleaning, store recovery, setting up displays, and maintaining merchandise.
Climbing ladders to restock and retrieve products for customers is necessary.
Processing transactions at the register is also part of the role.
