Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our sales platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development and Targeted Sales Strategic Planning, with a focus on high-end residential sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction procedures, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery, and coordinating a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Create strategic plans for current clients and new client acquisition and support.
- Coach team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly update reports on current opponents or business possibilities.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity.
- Proven experience as Sales Lead.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software, with Procore proficiency a plus.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
