- Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies that take into account market trends and competitive landscapes to define competitive advantage or right to win.

- Performance Data Analysis: Analyze performance data, best practices, and trends to make adjustments to go-to-market assets and strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and strategy.

- Experience working in a marketing function that serves healthcare, life sciences, or health tech industries.
- Prior experience developing product messaging and positioning aligned with market needs.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
Norstella is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
