Description:
Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is in search of a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual who excels in communication to become a vital part of our patient-centered team. WORK SCHEDULE:
This position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday, requiring a commitment of two days per week.

The Business Office Team plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Imaging Center team to ensure exceptional patient care while supporting the operational objectives of the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and registering patients
- Coordinating patient care
- Managing phone communications
- Scheduling appointments
- Overseeing inventory and medical records

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required to be competitive for this position.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Imaging studies are essential for preventive care and treatment, and utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment is critical for ensuring optimal health outcomes for our patients.
