We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Texas Tool Belt. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our petition validation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality control to ensure high signature validation rates.
  • Maintain systems for petition organization, petitions collected by day, by the team, and by a canvasser.
  • Validate petitions and track validation rates by canvasser and team.
  • Identify problems with petition validations and generate solutions.
  • Match petition signatures to a voter database.
  • Call petition signers.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings, as assigned.
  • Document any challenges or obstacles and be prepared to offer solutions and workarounds to overcome them.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 25-plus hours per week, including early evenings.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to maintain a structured conversation.
  • Ability to work in a highly structured team environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain organizational systems.
  • Experience using online databases, technology, Google Docs, and Excel.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking during shift.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Must have a cell phone, computer, and internet to perform work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback for improvement.
  • Ability to make changes and improvements in work practices based on feedback.
  • Ability to work entire shift without set breaks.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
