We are in search of a Strategic Account Manager with a proactive approach and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is pivotal in identifying, nurturing, and expanding our strategic partnerships within the MRI Safety sector. Success in this position hinges on the ability to cultivate relationships across the healthcare industry, particularly with Radiology professionals at all levels, including executive leadership, who utilize Metrasens technology.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, providing tailored solutions to enhance safety within MRI environments while collaborating with Radiology experts to implement best practices. Key characteristics of this individual include a collaborative spirit, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a drive for growth and results.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be essential to the success of our MRI business unit. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment where continuous learning is encouraged. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, targeting a diverse range of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strategic opportunities with various organizations and market segments to develop partnerships that generate new business and enhance existing relationships.
  • Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Secure new business that aligns with productivity goals and targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan with reliable forecasts for weekly review.
  • Establish a robust sales pipeline that exceeds defined revenue targets.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations, both virtually and on-site, for new and existing MRI facilities.
  • Engage in thorough research and planning utilizing online databases focused on new construction projects.
  • Manage complex sales processes involving RFIs, RFPs, and NDAs, while conducting ongoing analysis of costs, pricing, and gross margin by market segment.
  • Effectively engage with all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Balance market engagement through direct hospital sales, distributor management, and opportunity standardization.
  • Provide product and technical expertise to distributor partners while managing direct sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed MRI Safety business objectives in alignment with Metrasens' operational plans.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance activities critical to securing new business.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of opportunities and account information.
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with a focus on company success.
  • A minimum of five years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the B2B sector.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment in the healthcare sector, particularly in Radiology (MRI), is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in managing distributors or strategic partnerships is advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close network-wide deployments.
  • Capability to present a strategic value proposition at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record in managing a technical sales process involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in presenting and negotiating with middle management and C-Level executives.
  • History of exceeding established targets and business objectives.
Education
  • BA/BS in Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% and reside near a major airport.
