Job Description

We are a long-established family-owned enterprise seeking a dedicated medical equipment service specialist to enhance our rapidly expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, routine maintenance, and operational verification on medical imaging devices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks at client locations, adhering to established protocols and utilizing appropriate tools and replacement components.
  • Execute software troubleshooting, installations, and updates.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of network systems and IT (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Ensure accurate completion of reports and maintain compliance through real-time task management.
  • Work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred, but not essential).
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred, but not essential).
