We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate sustainability function at Browning Environmental. As a Director or Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability services globally, aligning with our agency's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Browning Environmental's corporate sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with our agency's mission and values.
- Business Development: Act as an ambassador for our corporate sustainability services, leading agency proposals, and negotiations with clients.
- Project Management: Oversee retained or project-based assignments, including sustainability strategy, disclosure and impact reporting, branding and messaging, and all types of external and internal communications.
- Talent Management: Hire and develop talent to ensure the highest quality delivery of work.
- Client Management: Coordinate with senior representatives of clients day-to-day, processing their changing needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to agency knowledge management systems, ensuring best practices and lessons learned are captured and shared.
- Industry Expertise: An inspiring leader, recognized for industry leadership on corporate sustainability strategy and practice.
- Technical Knowledge: 10+ years' experience and technical knowledge of corporate sustainability strategy, reporting, and corporate or internal communications.
- Environmental Sustainability: In-depth experience of environmental sustainability issues, including climate action, circular economy, and nature restoration.
- Consultancy Experience: 3+ years' experience in consultancy, with a strong understanding of business development and project management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, essential for delivering high-quality results.
Full-time employment with a competitive salary, bonus, commissions, healthcare, benefits, and pension. Equity is available for the right candidate after 1 year of service.
