Commercial Lines Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strategic relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the P&C insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- CISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
