Client Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive - Commercial Lines to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including producers, underwriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to grow the commercial lines book of business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- CISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
At IMA Financial Group, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$125,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
