Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large book of business, including processing renewals and new business

  • Work closely with producers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a similar role in the P&C brokerage industry
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • CISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
