Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Secret LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail properties, ensuring seamless tenant experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including CAM charges, rent, and invoices, utilizing Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Oversee the fiscal management of assigned properties, ensuring timely budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor management to ensure optimal property performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process rent relief requests, collections, and tenant transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate tenant improvements, construction activities, and bookkeeping, lease administration, and tenant communication.
  • Ensure timely processing of work orders and repair requests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or accounting required.
  • Experience managing retail properties, such as shopping centers or malls, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, CAM charges, and bookkeeping is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English fluency required and Chinese fluency a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP, retail leasing industry, and contract terminology.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office software, email, and internet research functionality.
