- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service.
- Minimum 5 years of personal lines experience within a retail insurance brokerage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing a complex book of high net worth clients.
- Proven track record of managing an increasingly complex book of business with revenue exceeding $300k.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate on client behalf and make strong, direct recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate, effectively manage workflows, and problem solve independently.
As a Senior Client Manager at IMA Financial Group, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000 USD, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including annual performance bonus, stock purchase, medical plans, and more.
