Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Los Angeles market. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion strategy and requires a deep understanding of the local landscape and target demographics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of growth strategies for both supply and demand within the marketplace.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on market performance, focusing on key metrics such as user acquisition, conversion rates, and local engagement.
  • Foster a vibrant community of users, enhancing brand loyalty and identifying potential brand ambassadors.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and user engagement.
  • Encourage word-of-mouth marketing through user-generated content and community interactions.
  • Monitor user behavior to optimize customer conversion and ensure a seamless rental experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the internal expert on local community dynamics and cultural trends.
  • Assist in developing playbooks for new market launches based on successful initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth Operations, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role focused on market expansion.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale user acquisition efforts in new markets.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience working within budget constraints, leveraging organic growth strategies supplemented by targeted paid efforts.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for sustainability and fashion.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with users and partners.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
