The Business Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in our GTM Planning, Reporting & Analytics division, focusing on enhancing analytics and reporting to support go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales support, adeptness in managing extensive data sets, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to construct financial models. A creative approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills are essential. This role involves collaboration across sales, operations, marketing, and finance to empower sales leadership in making informed, analytically-driven strategic decisions.

  • Engage with key business stakeholders to discern business needs and evaluate prioritization and impact.
  • Provide expertise in the development of requirements, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation.
  • Collaborate with relevant functional and technical teams for the design, development, and testing of stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist in the formulation and reporting of key performance indicators to enhance Sales productivity.
  • Work closely with GTM Planning, Reporting & Analytics Senior leadership on critical reporting requirements.
  • Extract and analyze data sets, build financial models to support various initiatives on a regular basis.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify issues and proactively address them.

Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse teams.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and devise innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in conducting in-depth analysis and presenting insights clearly.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong analytical mindset; enjoys tackling challenges and pursuing success.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in handling large data sets.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is preferred.
