Job Summary:

Medpace is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our Facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating company travel needs, ensuring compliance with travel and entertainment policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Ensure compliance with Airline Reporting Corporation requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize airline reservation systems and online booking tools to streamline travel arrangements.
  • Develop effective solutions for employee travel needs and concerns.
  • Support Global Meetings & Events and Patient Concierge Travel Coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and policies.
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Travel or Hospitality related field or Travel & Tourism/Hospitality graduate.
  • Previous work experience in Corporate Travel is preferred.
  • Previous experience using Sabre is preferred.
  • High level of customer service is required, with appropriate phone etiquette, maintaining confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, well organized, and able to work both independently and in a global team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret policies and apply learned procedures and principles in the performance of core job duties.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
