Job Summary:

Medpace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Services Coordinator to join our Facilities team. This is a full-time, office-based position that will play a critical role in coordinating company travel needs and ensuring compliance with travel and entertainment policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Utilize airline reservation systems and online booking tools to coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Reporting Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of travel expenses and activities to the Airline Reporting Corporation.
  • Develop Effective Solutions: Develop and implement effective solutions to meet the travel needs and concerns of employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.
  • Support Global Meetings & Events: Provide support for global meetings and events, including coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain Compliance: Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, ensuring that all travel-related activities are conducted in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a travel or hospitality-related field or a degree in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in corporate travel is preferred, as well as experience using Sabre.
  • Customer Service: High level of customer service required, with excellent phone etiquette, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and well-organized.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
