Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring adherence to company travel and entertainment policies.
  • Ensure accurate reporting compliance with Airline Reporting Corporation requirements.
  • Utilize airline reservation systems and online booking tools to arrange travel itineraries.
  • Develop effective solutions to meet employee travel needs and concerns.
  • Support Global Meetings & Events and Patient Concierge Travel Coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Travel Agent/Travel Coordinator position or recent Travel and Tourism/Hospitality graduate.
  • Previous work experience in Corporate Travel is preferred.
  • Previous experience using Sabre is preferred.
  • High level of customer service, with excellent phone etiquette, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team environment.
  • Ability to quickly interpret policies and apply learned procedures and principles in the performance of core job duties.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
