Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

At JASON NEAL, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team to perform these tasks, becoming an expert in training and developing your team members.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. You will have the opportunity to master our systems and process, leading to advancement to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
