CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales professionals in servicing our existing client base and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals in servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
