Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers in the target market. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Cold Outreach: Reach out to leads to introduce Blooming Health, our solution, showcase the value proposition, and qualify their interest and needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of each prospect. Showcase the features and benefits of the Blooming Health product suite, addressing specific pain points and business challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their objectives and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals, using Hubspot.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business or a related area
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales development experience in aging, digital health, or government programs
  • Proven Track Record: Of success in lead generation (B2B SaaS), with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, make cold calls, and set up meetings with qualified leads.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Travel: Comfort with travel to customer sites and to work in person with Blooming Health team members.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to navigate the sales process effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach and as part of a team, with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate opportunities and prioritize those that align with the company's strategic objectives.
