As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding revenue from existing Guesty clients by upselling the Guesty premium features (focused on Shield suite), which includes a range of innovative solutions. You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound sales, proactively reaching out to existing clients and responding to leads from CSMs to demo, promote, and close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling the Guesty premium features (including Shield suite) to existing Guesty clients.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email campaigns, cold-calling) to clients, identifying upsell opportunities and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from CSMs, partnering with them to demo and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive adoption of the Guesty Shield suite, including win-back campaigns, webinars, and other promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CSMs, to support the client-facing sales process and meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant growth.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS company, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and upsells.
  • Prior experience as a BDR, demonstrating strong prospecting and outbound skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a go-getter mentality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value of products to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Spanish, French - advantage
