About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiduciary Vice President to join our Wealth Management team in Greenville, DE. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing trusted advice to high-net-worth clients and families, meeting and interacting with them regularly.
  • Growing the Fiduciary business by deepening client relationships and meeting with prospects, their advisors, and other centers of influence.
  • Evaluating new business opportunities and determining whether they align with our firm's risk appetite.
  • Interpreting governing trust documents, making discretionary decisions, and working with internal partners, clients, and external advisors.
  • Administering trusts efficiently and effectively while maintaining proper controls and oversight with a focus on risk management.
  • Mentoring junior fiduciary associates and analysts to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • JD, CTFA, or CPA preferred but not required.
  • 12 years of experience in trust administration.
  • Experience and knowledge in Delaware trust administration and trust law is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fiduciary taxation is a plus.
  • Experience in working with high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
  • Self-motivation with strong interpersonal communication skills.
